Biography

Shintaro OHATA (born 1975, Hiroshima, Japan) is a Japanese painter who captures every form of ‘light’ surrounding us. He portrays ordinary things in our daily lives as though they are scenes of a movie. He is also renowned for his unique style in which he combines paintings and sculptures to make one piece of artwork.
